2012 Floor Hockey Registration is closing soon!

ENTRY PERIOD: Priority registration ends Friday, January 20, 2012 at the end of the SRWC Business Day. Late Registration will begin the next available day. Sport registration will end Monday, January 23, 2012 , at 6:00pm.

REGISTRATION: Registration forms must be submitted to the SRWC Service desk prior to the conclusion of the registration period.  Refunds will not be processed unless the event or specific sections are cancelled.
Priority Registration: $50per team
Late Registration: $60per team

2012 Floor Hockey Entry Form

TEAM SCHEDULES: Teams must have their scheduling preferences set on their IMLeagues team page by January 24, 2012, at 9:00am. Game schedules will be made available in the early afternoon of Tuesday, January 24, 2012.
SPORT FORMAT: This sport event will be conducted in a ROUND ROBIN format with game play beginning on Monday, January 30, 2012. An end of season tournament will start on Monday, February 13, 2012.

ORIENTATION: The Orientation Meeting will be held on Tuesday, January 24, 2012, at 6:30pm in SRWC 1010. Attendance is MANDATORY for all teams registered at that time. Attendance is open to any team member; no more than three per team for space considerations

ELIGIBILITY/ROSTERS/TEAM MEMBERSHIP:

  • All participants must present a UNLV issued photo ID card (RebelCard) before participation in any Intramural Sports contest or event. Any other form of identification will not be accepted for any reason.
  • A participant may not be a member of two teams within the same League, with a League being defined within a singular gender (i.e. Men’s League or Women’s League). A participant may be a member of a one Co-Rec League team and a team within one of the other Leagues.
  • Checking-in for a game constitutes membership to that team, preventing the removal of that participant from the team roster. Participation in that game is negligible.
  • Any person who has registered for a team and has not participated for that team may voluntarily remove himself or herself from that team roster.
  • All participants must have an IMLeagues.com account
  • Go to http://www.imleagues.com/unlv/Registration
  • Enter your information, and use your School email (@UNLV.edu, @UNLV.nevada.edu) and submit.
  • You will be sent an activation email, click the link in the email to login and activate your IMLeagues.com account.
  • You should be automatically be joined to the school – http://www.imleagues.com/unlv
