The only requirements are:

1. Your team must be registered with Intramural Sports for the 5v5 Basketball Leagues set to start on January 30.
2. The person making the order must be a student at UNLV, registered for classes the day the order is placed.

All orders placed will be approved by the Intramural Staff, and shirts will be delivered to the Student Recreation and Wellness Center for verification. Once your team receives the shirts, you will be required to have a team photo with the shirts on.
